Ceiba Adventures is very flexible with our deposit and payment policies. We have a guide line for all groups to try to adhere to. However, we fully understand with our current economy and trying to get all your friends and family together, money is always an issue. A deposit of 10% will reserve your rentals and services.
When to pay
50% of your estimated total is due 60 days prior to your launch date.
Full Payment is due 30 days prior to your launch date.
Single Day Rental Policies & Cancellations
Ceiba Adventures holds a credit card number for single day rentals & reservations – payment in full is required upon pickup. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of a reservation or the credit card on file will be charged a $35 restocking fee.
Cancellations must be in writing and received by Ceiba.
- Prior to 60 days out – payments will be refunded less a 3% administration fee (i.e. for a $1500 invoice, the 3% fee would be $45).
- Between 60-31 days prior to launch – payments will refunded less a 3% admin fee, plus the food pack fee ($650).
- Between 30-15 days prior to launch – payments will refunded less a 10% admin fee, plus a 50% equipment charge, plus a food pack fee of $650, and the cost of any food already purchased.
- If your reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to launch the only available refund will be for any shuttles not taken, sales tax on those shuttles and Hualapai fees (if applicable).
We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard for all payments.
Assumption of Risk
An Assumption of Risk form must be signed by each participant on the trip, prior to the launch date. Depending on your trip rental package, you can sign and submit your waiver forms below:
We will keep a copy of your credit card on file for all equipment rentals. In addition Whole Shabang trips will be charged a $500 returnable deposit for row trips and $1500 for motor trips. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment. A rate of $45 / hour will be charged to you for repairable damage, or your credit card will be charged the cost of replacement. Depending on the exact damage, an additional administrative fee will apply.

“Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, lightning, flood, hails storm, tornado, tsunami, volcanic eruption, avalanche, earthquake or tremor, hurricane, solar activity, meteorite strike, nearby supernova and other Acts of God, neglect, damage from improper or unauthorized use, incorrect line voltage, unauthorized use, unauthorized repair, improper installation, typographical errors, broken antenna or marred cabinet, missing or altered serial numbers, electromagnetic radiation form nuclear blasts, microwave ovens or mobile phones, sonic boom vibrations, ionizing radiation, customer adjustments that are not covered in this list, and incidents owing to an airplane crash, ship sinking or taking on water, motor vehicle crashing, dropping the item, falling rocks, leaky roof, broken glass, disk failure, accidental file deletions, mud slides, forest fire, riots or other civil unrest, acts of terrorism or war, whether declared or not, explosive devices or projectiles, (which can include, but may not be limited to, emissions of electromagnetic radiation such as radio waves, microwaves, infra-red radiation, visible light, UV, X-rays, alpha, beta and gamma rays, neutrons, neutrinos, positrons, N-rays, knives stones, bricks, spit wads, spears, javelins, etc.). Other restrictions may apply. Breach of these conditions is likely to cause unquantifiable loss that may not be capable of remedy by the payment of damages.”
